I didn't like the taste because I don't like Spirulina, but I knew it was good for me. But, after a couple of weeks of drinking it mixed in some "green juice," I got used to it. Now, I drink it almost everyday...it gives me much needed energy and improves my health! :o) The Vitamineral Green costs about $25-$50, depending on the size you purchase and it lasts about 2-4 months (depending on the size). The Green Juice is about $4 for a quart and will last us about a week. I use 1 T. of the Vitamineral Green to about 1/2 cup of green juice and add 2 T. of ground flax seed (cheap!). So, not a huge expense, compared to most supplements...My body didn't react negatively to it, but on the bottle of Vitamineral Green, it recommends to start with a small amount and work up to 1 Tablespoon or more. I don't take more than a Tablespoon/day.<br />I hope this helps! :o)Don & Lori Gordonihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05467261039274306514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-104125551041079800.post-51676312577241405772010-02-19T22:16:59.509-06:002010-02-19T22:16:59.509-06:00You said it took a while for you body to get "...You said it took a while for you body to get "used" to these "good things" ..... what exactly does that mean?
